Pan-EuropeanConnect is a small team based in Germany, working with companies that need reliable and cost-effective remote services.
We support businesses by organizing remote delivery across areas like admin support, marketing, customer service, and tech — always tailored to what each client needs. We’re not a staffing agency. We don’t send CVs or leave you to manage people. Instead, we take care of the entire process and deliver the service — so you can focus on your business.

When you reach out to us, we’ll take time to understand what you need. Based on that, we’ll suggest a setup that fits — whether it’s a single role or a small team. Once we agree, we take care of onboarding, communication, and everything else needed for a smooth start.

We started Pan-EuropeanConnect after seeing how hard it can be for small and mid-sized companies to find reliable support — especially without large HR or operations teams.
We believed there was a better way: a lean service, run by people who understand business, that delivers real value without adding complexity. That’s still how we work today.

After several years at Amazon.de, where process efficiency, quality and speed set the pace, Stefan Bayer moved into executive leadership roles in mid-sized companies – including Gorilla Sports and MAXXUS. There, he encountered a very different reality: ambitious goals, but often limited resources.
The solution? Remote services in Europe.
Through his collaboration with talented professionals from Serbia and Romania, he gained valuable experience – and came to a clear conclusion: competence, commitment and reliability are not tied to geography.
With Pan-EuropeanConnect, he now makes this approach available to other companies: connecting German SMEs with high-quality services from across Europe – simple, efficient and fair.
When he’s not building bridges between businesses and Pan-European services, Stefan is passionate about Argentine tango – both dancing and teaching it – enjoys creative cooking, and finds balance in nature, preferably hiking or cycling.

In his free time, Thomas enjoys being outdoors – either on foot in nature or behind the wheel of a heavy truck. Both offer space to reflect – and sometimes, inspiration for new ideas.
